Tree fell during storm onto Winslow sidewalk between Abby ln and roundabout. I shoved off to side. Needs some heavy duty saws to remove. No trouble with power lines. Limited truck access. Maybe from roundabout up hill.

The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. Timing of intersection lights on 3rd and Clarizz Blvd: Crossing 3rd St is risky unless you begin walking across exactly when the light turns green for the pedestrian. The light changes too fast, not leaving the pedestrian enough time.
The north sidewalk between Indiana & N Dunn tends to get extremely muddy and hazardous when it rains or snows, and remains that way for a long time. Maybe the location of 518 is the spot, but I don't know the house numbers; the problem spot is about the 2nd house from Indiana. I have been experiencing this for many years, so this has gone unattended. Another location in which snow removal is never done: the south sidewalk on 6th St., off of Dunn, in front of the 3 houses where students live.
