I am the Assistant Property Manager at Brookridge Heights apartments a 551 units complex with 1500 people living here. Our road which is 3102 E Hamilton road was completely ignored during this last snow storm and has not been plowed or salted and is extremely hazardous especially at the Hamilton Rd/Hershey intersection there. What are the requirements for residential living quarters in a commercial building. There is a person with living in the Fell Building at 4th & Rogers. There is no door other than a overhead door for entrance & exit from his loft.
