My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. Considerable debris at the intersection of E Woodbine Ave and E Covenanter Drive - dirt and gravel, which make turning dangerous, especially after rain or after sprinklers. Cars, bicycles, and pedestrians slip. This appears to be run off from the multi-year construction project and piles of dirt and gravel at 2430 home construction site.
