We have a deer in Bloomington IN who has damaged her right rear leg. It looks like she got into a car accident and has a road rash on her left hip. Her right rear leg dangles and we don't know if she has a broken hip too. She struggles to walk and is very thin and emaciated despite summer being her best time of year for food. She has three fawns that follow her or sometimes wander around without her. Is there anything that can be done with the mother and her fawns? We are concerned that she will die this winter as it seems very difficult for her to find food and get around. It is also very disturbing to see her walk around as she is obviously very hurt. At least three residents south of campus (elm heights) have described a "scruffy male" (2 noted him on a bike) taking mail and/or UPS packages from their porch. Perhaps some afternoon patrolling would help. One evening attempted break-in also recently described. Thank you.

Prior to the road construction,there were arrows indicating that the left lane was a left turn only lane. The right lane is the one to go straight through to Jordan Avenue. Now that the arrow is no longer there, people in the left only lane are also driving straight through Jordan Ave causing mutilple close call accidents. Why is the left lane arrow missing on the pavement?

street light is out at my daughter's apartment complex, it's the only one out in the area and I feel as if this is a safety issue

Not a pothole, but I couldn't find a means of making this request. Utilities recently repaired a water leak on North Dunn Street just north of Tamarack Trail. The repair is worse than a nuisance; it is rather dangerous. The repair of new asphalt rises up to speed bump heights, bone jarring and quite hard on the vehicles passing over it. Motorists now are driving off the road on either side to avoid this obstacle. At speeds greater than 10 mph one's vehicle is in danger of damage. Would you please check this obstacle and take action to repair the repair? Many thanks.
