627 N Morton St (owned by Fuchs Investments) The alleys to the south and (especially) the west of this building are in very bad shape. The south alley mostly needs gravel - we've had to add gravel along the edge so that tenants can access the parking. On the west alley, it is full of potholes and very difficult to drive on, especially pulling onto that alley from the other alley.

Coming to work on Hillside Avenue all the way to Smith Road there were three instances of roadkill.
