Requesting a sidewalk connection between the Eastside neighborhoods on 10th and Smith to University Elementary sidewalk on corner of 10th and Russell Road. I see many people, including parents with young children, having to walk on the busy road or in side slopes/drainage ditches if they choose to walk to school. Obstruction of sidewalk by protesters. It happens almost every day but especially bad on Thursdays. They intimidate people walking and post horrific images and also park a very large van every day. This needs to stop and reflects horribly on our city to have people out harassing pedestrians all the time.

We have a deer in Bloomington IN who has damaged her right rear leg. It looks like she got into a car accident and has a road rash on her left hip. Her right rear leg dangles and we don't know if she has a broken hip too. She struggles to walk and is very thin and emaciated despite summer being her best time of year for food. She has three fawns that follow her or sometimes wander around without her. Is there anything that can be done with the mother and her fawns? We are concerned that she will die this winter as it seems very difficult for her to find food and get around. It is also very disturbing to see her walk around as she is obviously very hurt. Thanks.

At least three residents south of campus (elm heights) have described a "scruffy male" (2 noted him on a bike) taking mail and/or UPS packages from their porch. Perhaps some afternoon patrolling would help. One evening attempted break-in also recently described. Thank you.
Prior to the road construction,there were arrows indicating that the left lane was a left turn only lane. The right lane is the one to go straight through to Jordan Avenue. Now that the arrow is no longer there, people in the left only lane are also driving straight through Jordan Ave causing mutilple close call accidents. Why is the left lane arrow missing on the pavement?
