Good afternoon. I'm reporting extremely offensive and very public graffiti on the sidewalk on the bridge over the Renwick Trail. It reads: "Fuck Jews" Please address this as soon as possible. The front yard of 207 E. 12th is PERPETUALLY neglected. Right now it's the grass that's too long. In the winter it's the sidewalks covered with snow. Also, the front steps to the porch are at a dangerous angle and should be reset if this property is allowed to be rented. Lastly, there's a couch on the porch that should be removed.
There has been trash piling up by the alley behind 210 E. 12th for several weeks. It is all over the place and raccoons have been getting into it.
