Curb needs repaired and repainted where the yellow is supposed to be. It’s crumbling and looks terrible, also a hazard
broken glass in bike lane
I've contacted the Parks Department before about my concern that the lights along the trail and connection to the B-line either have no lights or broken lights that don't function. I've watched as Butler Park has had an increase in use from new families in the area and feel this will only increase in the coming years. It is a safety concern that the Northeast area of the park has no lighting. In addition, the Indiana Railroad came through and decimated the trees along the tracks bordering the park. They have never cleaned this up and several of these large trees are leaning against the light poles and hanging over the trail. I wondered when the lights might be fixed/added and when the railroad will be required to clean up their mess? I see proper lighting in other nearby parks properties (building & trades and the B-line) and don't understand why Butler Parks condition is not more of a priority. The park offers a great spot for nearby families and individuals to spend time as well as those visiting to use the gardens or ball-field and as this use increases it would be nice to see it get some attention.
The sidewalk on the west side of Fairview has been made hazardous by the property owner at 708 W 12th Street neglecting maintenance of their property for many years. The plants are growing into the public right-of-way, and the pine needle litter is so deep that when it is wet it is causing a slip hazard. It's been like this for at least three years and I am tired of neglectful property owners renting out their houses for income and not being good neighbors.
Traffic light at 17th and Woodlawn seems unreasonably timed. Attempting to go north or south on Woodlawn or make the left turn from Woodlawn to 17th has resulted in 2 minute or longer waits by drivers.
very bad potholes
awkwardly located potholes and crumbling pavement on Rohrer between Walnut Pike and Benson Ct, difficult for bike riders to navigate safely.
Fire hydrant has been hit and broken off at the southeast corner of Keller Crossing and Wellness Way interstection. Thanks, Paul Satterly, Monroe County Highway Department
There has been a alarm in the maintenance closet outside my apartment that has been going of since Monday
