These people are having people over all hours of the night & parking in my yard & the woman's yard on the other side. A Mr.Frosty ice cream truck was parked out there at midnight blocking my driveway. They do not mow their yard or pick up trash. It's bad!

There are multiple street lights out along College Mall Road, roughly a quarter of them which is dangerous with the number of students walking along that corridor.
Recyclable items not properly sorted. Must be sorted for pick-up Recyclables & non-recyclables waste mixed. Items are not included in recycling program. No dirty diapers. Don't mix trash with recyclables. 939
