Caller states that half way down Clifton is a big pile of trees possibly on city property. Also having major problem with rats in the area and around the brush pile. (you will have to call Cates to see where on Clifton)
WEEDS ARE GROWING BEHIND COLLEGE MALL APTS - WHERE THERE IS A FOOT PATH.
The weeds on the empty lot to the east of this address are 2 feet tall. There is also illegal outdoor storage of concrete forms, PVC pipe and other material at this site. The concrete forms are collecting water and breeding mosquitos.
Grass has not been mowed all year
grass and weeds are over-grown around front and sides of house.
weeds are so over grown, it is difficult to see the house, which also looks to be deteriorating.

Both the SE and NE corner of the intersection of Miller and Highland are overgrown with weeds. This was noted in a routine drive-by en route to inspect another complaint.
