See case #188814. Action does not appear to have been taken. Rat problem is increasing. This dumpster is *regularly* visited by people who do not live in the complex, both those who drive up, dump their trash and then speed away, and also by those who climb into the dumpster and rummage around for food and other *valuables*. The latter leave a mess (as per attached). Is there any way to force the owners to enclose or secure the dumpster so that only tenants have access to it? Management (Parker Rentals) do not seem to care.

We have had water backup every time it rains this spring. This has not been an issue in past years. We have had our main line cleared multiple times and scoped to ensure there are no issues with the line, but continue to get water coming through our flood drain in the basement every time it rains. Please can you sent someone to inspect the main city line on the 8600 block of Clinton Ave S to clear any blockage on your line? We are frustrated with the water backup.

#189053 Cheyanne - It won't let me reply to your email so I'm going here. Yes, I do. I thought I put it on there. Sorry! It's right in the middle of Clarizz Blvd., where you can turn either into Wilmington Court Condos to the east or toward Bloomingfoods to the west. I haven't been able to stop and take a picture of the hole yet, but I can if you need it. it's already quite busy there (with the new apts.) and allowing people to turn east or west while also avoiding the pothole can be tricky. Utility contractor is using rebar rods for safety fencing around open holes along side walk but they are not using rebar caps on top of the rebar which poses an impailment hazard if someone was to fall into the rebar.
