no visibility at the intersection coming north on S Swain at University. A giant bush blocks view of traffic travelling west on University. You have to pull out into the middle of University to check for traffic. My car was almost hit.
The traffic signals at 3rd & Bypass / College Mall Rd could use some reprogramming. Westbound traffic turning south onto College Mall gets backed up at the signal just to the south, to the extent that vehicles are blocking the intersection waiting to turn left on red. Today it was bad enough that eastbound traffic was unable to proceed through an entire cycle. Not one single vehicle got through. Also, some vehicles clearly enter on yellow (or even on red) to turn left, even though the driver can easily see that he will be unable to proceed through the intersection before the signal goes red. A camera to catch such violations would be great.
Subsidence to manhole cover in far turn lane. College mall and SR46 While on 46, turning left onto E. 3rd St. Manhole cover is tight to island divider. Next to storm drain.
Lights out The tall large multi head lights that illuminate the 3rd St. exit onto and off of 37S. and north are out again. I'm sorry that I can not remember which one specifically. ( I think it is the one on the off ramp when going north) I know I called in the bank of lights that illuminate the on ramp coming off of 3rd st. exit going onto 37S. but what seems to have happened is that they rerouted the power from one bank of lights for another. Where Sowder Square meets Allendale Drive in Sherwood Oaks you cannot see traffic coming from the right. Almost everyone on Sowder Square has accidentally pulled out in front of traffic because they can't see traffic coming. The large bush needs to be removed before there is an accident and somebody gets hurt. Can you please take a look at this issue for the residents on Sowder Square. Thank you!

About 5:10 pm today (5 March) I stopped at the signal at Moore's Pike and College Mall Rd. I was waiting to make a westbound thru movement toward Hillside Ave. After two cycles wherein every other movement (including WB to SB) got a green, I still had not gotten the green light for a WB thru. Traffic had backed up the hill, out of sight, so I made a right turn when safe to do so, and took an alternate route home.
On June 1 and July 1 I reported that vegetation is blocking the multiuse path on Sare Rd. (180480 and180147) and the issue has not yet been addressed. If uReport is not the appropriate place to report the problem, please let me know and I can contact the relevant department heads, council member, mayor's office to request help. Last week, I observed a young cyclist almost fall of his bike trying to avoid the vegetation. I hope it can be taken care of quickly.
