Stones from the wall along the sidewalk keep falling into the sidewalk. These are large stones and create a tripping hazard, especially for someone with impaired vision or during low light conditions. The landlord does nothing to address the problem which has been going on for a long time and is getting worse. Passers-by sometimes try to get the stones out of the way, but they keep falling back onto the sidewalk.
There is a tree between the road and sidewalk to the east of our driveway with a large limb partially broken and hanging low towards the ground. It occurred during a recent storm. It needs to be cut to be removed and is too high for us to reach.
At the T-intersection of North Dunn and Old 37.. the visibility turning left there is nearly impossible.. today we could not see traffic coming from the right to make the left turn towards the stop light at Walnut. The grass and brush are so tall it blocks all visibility. We ended up turning right off Dunn as we just couldn’t see traffic. There is a curve there looking right and cars are hidden from sight. Can this area please be mowed and brush mowed for safety Thanks
Neglected sidewalk. Vegetation and debris make it a tightrope walk.
My concern is too little or no erosion control in place on 19th St., where major storm sewer installation is going on. The street was flooded with muddy water on (6/29/25) Sunday morning. Tree limbs and debris left in the street after water receded. Crider is cleaning it up now. There is major excavation with lots of loose soil piled up on that 5A site so is this going to be contained in the future as work continues. I'm sure Utilities does not want this dirt flowing down and getting in to the existing storm pipes. It is a mess up here. Plus storm grates on the low end are filled with debris once again.
The sidewalk at the north end of the tennis court in the southeast park has a large area filled with mud that is difficult for pedestrians to cross. It needs to be cleared and the drainage corrected.
