I deliver papers in the Gentry Honors neighborhood. There may be a water line break/leak near the intersection of Fenbrook and Sara, just past the stop sign. It's near a new home construction but beside an empty lot. There is a layer of ice about 5 inches thick and covering a portion of the street to the storm drain. It appears to be coming from the grassy/wooded area but is not normal runoff from rain, I think--I've never seen that much water run and it's getting bigger by the day. Just wanted to lyk in case it's a city water issue.

apparent water line leak on Park Ridge road about 50 feet south of Morningside in front to condos. Water is flowing between sidewalk and street near the water meter.

703 N Washington had had a constant pool of water along the sidewalk for the past 6+ months. It appears to be over the meter cover. The primary problem is that this had been a mosquito breeding ground all summer.

Water Dept: Help please: I am a Bloom City water customer. My water pressure dropped to almost nothing the evening of Dec 17, 2013 at approximately 7:30pm. Significant water leakage from the water meter behind 108 N Union St. Water running down the driveway between 106 and 108. Please investigate urgently to insure that we aren't getting charged excessively for water usage.

For the past few days I have noticed moisture apparently coming from under the street at the corner of my yard in the Linden Hill subdivision. The gutter in front of my mailbox seems to have a small amount of water present when no other standing water is visible in the neighborhood. Looks like an underground leak which needs to be investigated. Not bad now but could get worse. Thanks.

The water fountain at the trailhead of the Rails Trails off Country club Road has a water spout that is stuck on full force flow....
