we are playing at Winslow Sports Park Tennis court (Down side court). There is a craking sound from backside big tree. I am little bit concerned about whether that tree might be fall down some time, and it might be broken to Tennis court fence or any citizen who are playing tennis in future. I would like to report one of my roommates for animal neglect. She has two cats (one of whom seems to have lung issues as she sporadically excessively coughs), and she keeps both of them in a small bedroom 24/7. She also consistently (almost daily) smokes in the room with the door closed, leaving a fragrant stench in the surrounding hallway and area. The cats often meow at the door and put their paws under. She is not hitting them or not feeding them (though I have had to feed them in the past due to her being gone for days and then having none — she also uses only one small food bowl for both cats). I live at 520 W Hoosier Court Ave. The roommate's name is Aydryan Vanderbur (spelling of last name may be slightly off). I am unsure if you guys can do anything about this or if there is a better way to go about it, but it is heartbreaking to live with. We do not get along due to this issue, so I do not let them out when she isn't home due to not wanting to exacerbate our living situation. She also is consistently gone from the home, and she does not keep her blinds for the 1 window in the room open. I feel very sad and concerned for the cats and am really hoping to get them cared for in some way. She will be moving out of 520 by July 31, 2025.
