The light at Moore's Pike and College Mall Rd/Sare Rd is not quite right. Heading north/south on College Mall/Sare at times the light will only allow 3-4 cars through before cycling through again. It doesn't seem consistent when this happens and has been happening for at least a month.
2nd & Eagleson--could you have another try at remediating the patch? I still try to drive around it. AND could you fix the potholes on Eagelson going into the Soma lot (close to Eagleson & 3rd)? Thanks!
The light at Rockport and Tapp is severely mis-timed. The issue seems to be recent. It is green far too long for the Rockport travelers and red far too long for the Tapp travelers. This is causing un-necessary backups on Tapp Rd. In the middle of the day, with very little traffic, cars still aren't all making it thru the light. During busier times, its backing up even longer, and for no logical reason, as the traffic on Rockport is very light I
It is impossible to drive on 2nd Street from West to East without getting stopped at every single traffic light. It is ridiculous.

My question is, how can a situation be closed, when nothing was done to fix the problem. The lights have not been relocated. The new lights will be relocated along the trail between Hawthorne and Weatherstone. I am a wheelchair user. Every time it snows deep like it has now the snow plows from the city pile of the snow in front of the curb cuts. I was just downtown trying to get across college on Kirkwood. Could not get it through the snow. Very frustrating every year it snows.
We are concerned about the 2 junk cars (dark purple and white) left on the driveway of 1058 S Colchester Ct Bloomington IN that the owners do not use. Problem 1: The windows of one of the junk cars have been compromised and the junk car could become a source of rodent infestation. We spot dead mice in outdoor spaces in neighboring properties. Problem 2: Overcrowding of the cul-de-sac. The 1058 household has 6 cars altogether: 2 junk cars on the driveway, 2 more cars on the driveway, and 2 additional cars on the public areas of the cul-de-sac throughout the day and night, even though the HOA does not allow street parking during the night hours. Problem 3: The front yard is in disarray. There is thick growth taking over the front and side of 1058 and the grass is not mowed.
