House at 3000 N. Lakewood Court Bloomington 47408 has had abandoned refrigerator, smoker, and other trash in driveway and on front porch for several months. Also has a large pile of yard waste next to the driveway. Homeowner is rarely present and appears to live at a different residence. Outside lights are always on.

This horrible rental company had water flowing out of their house for at least a week. Busted pipes, and they don't take care of their properties. There's already been a bunch of cases of mold in their rentals. I bet you anything these subhumas are going to still try to rent this shithole to some rentals they know they can easily take advantage of.
