Storm damage tree branches
We were told that COB along with Monroe County would be working to collect excess tree debris from the July storms. We followed what was asked and submitted a form(case #192173) and placed it all on the side of the road next to our driveway. My husband saw the people come by on the day we were scheduled and they picked up some stuff on the OPPOSITE side of the road(directly across from our house where there is no house) and left everything next to our driveway along with the debris next to our mailbox. They seemed to have picked up a small amount of the debris next to the mailbox but not all of it. My husband checked and our case is now 'Closed' but it only lists anonymous. So someone skipped us or just didn't do it and then closed out our ticket with no reason. We would like someone to come out and collect. Thank you
I finally collected all my (only) tree debris from my yard and piled it next to my driveway at 3617 E. 3rd St. Could this be picked up?
We had trees fall down onto our driveway during a storm. The trees themselves are not from our property and are from the city property right next to us. We moved them over as much as we could so that we could access our driveway, but the fallen trees are quite large and will need to be hauled away.
Large limbs taken down from the last storms on the sides of Smith St. Btw Buckner and Euclid. Please remove fear they are a fire danger. Thank you , Debora Frazier
I have a yard waste cart full of goldenrod seed heads, which I cannot compost. I did not know there was a weight limit. Now what?
My small garbage can was emptied this morning, but unfortunately the lid was broken off. I need a new intact can delivered and the old one removed. Thank you
Trash never picked up monday
My neighbor down a few blocks from me have been sitting out here for month and it’s just building up over the time. Eventually it’s going to end up on the street if not taken care of.
