Sidewalks on Henderson across from Timber Ridge are overgrown and need trimmed. This is the second time she called. The first time was on July 31, 1997.

3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. Mr. Shaw attended Telecom. Council meeting to complain that TCI has not been cooperative in laying of cable at new developments and burying drops. He reported a specific recent problem where TCI contractors installed cable in an unacceptable location without consultation with him.
