Mrs. Taylor stated that the rain water drains across the road and floods the properties around 700-716 E hillside. The problem started after road work was finished.

People has been driving around the barricade on w. Southern and has eroded the ground thus exposing the meter cover. Someone has since inverted the cover to make it easier to drive over. The cover is easily removed and small children could fall in. Please contact street about better blockade of the street to prevent people from driving around the barricade or removal of the barricade. Thanks Brent t
