I like to keep my privacy fence clear and clean on both sides and currently I cannot do so because of envading branches and other overgrowth from my neighbors yard onto my yard (2412). Not sure who to contact about this as she is not approachable
Tons of white paper has been thrown in this front yard, and it’s blowing all around the street and across it. The wind it blowing it all around
Made complaint about 2501s. Bryan Street, when the address is 2501/2503 s. Camden, owned by Gary Wampler. Excessive trash. Arguments/ screaming on daily basis. Believe Mr Wampler is renting out rooms again, numerous people in and out. Drugs being sold out of there. People living in blue/white mobile trailer by detached garage.

There was a storm and parts of their tree branches have fallen down. It's now become weedy and a hazard for someone to come out and check utility boxes in the area.
We continue to experience recurring flooding and standing water. There is a single small drain outlet on our side of the street. Rising water frequently threatens to enter our retail location, especially when cars pass and cause waves. More photos and video available upon request.
I don't have a current photo but particularly since the utility work completed on this stretch of road the parking spots in front of the shops flood and hold water. The gradient actually seems to slope away from the drain instead of towards. As a result, we frequently have to bail out the parking spots to make them usable for customers. Flooding issues include the accessible parking spot, which poses a risk to the mobility impaired. How can we best collaborate on a solution? Thanks!
Caller to HAND wants to report that large furniture items and trash are in the dumpster area but not in the dumpster. She says that this happens on a steady basis throughout the property. She said she has not notified management because in the past they have not responded. She would like a compliance officer to look at all the dumpsters, especially near garage 1. We got the tiniest bit off trail and saw from a distance, a skeleton draped on a tree, after getting closer we saw it was a deer skeleton but thought you guys might want to move it since it’s so close to the trail (it’s on the trail portion that would’ve went to where the old tire swing was before it was taken down)
numerous areas of trash from south patterson on to west allen going west all the way to 2nd street or bloomfield road. its looking bad.
