There is a dead skunk that is located outside of 817 W 11th Street. Its body is partially in the road and partially on the sidewalk as if it was trying to climb up it and died. It's been laying there for 2 days and flies have started gathering and of course the smell is awful.

The stop sign on S Stull Avenue at E Maxwell Ln, going south, is obscured by a tree and can't be seen by drivers. I am a police officer with IUPD. A woman flagged me down to let me know that she was concerned because she had seen someone run the stop sign because of this issue. I went to the location and confirmed that the stop sign was hidden by leaves. She does not have email so I told her I would report this to the city to try to get it fixed. Thank you!

Can you provide the serial numbers for the trash cans that were issued to each apartment: #813 #815 #817 #819 Once we know the specific serial numbers we can make sure each unit is responsible and accountable for their cans.
