1814 Southdowns cars perpetually park on the lawn, even when driveway and street is clear. It looks terrible in this neighborhood. Cars just pull up on the lawn. Please enforce here.

Close to 610 S Pleasant Ridge on the right hand side of the incline is a filled hole that is sagging pretty badly.

Close to 610 S Pleasant Ridge on the left-hand side of the incline are a bunch of previously filled pot holes that require refilling. The edge of the road is also pretty deteriorated in one spot.

The apartment development on Gourley Pike has just poured a curb that impedes access to W. Cascade Ave. The curb extends into the approach to W. Cascade. There is no longer room for 2 cars to pass one another simultaneously to enter the street
