This pond scum was not present from 2019 until this year. Regency multi family purchased the land about 2 years ago. Concerned about lawn chemicals and fertilizers in this retention pond which feeds into creek along creek’s edge drive. A Beaver lives here in the past and a rare Duck. I have noticed water pooling around the fire hydrant located on Circle Drive and Southdowns for over a week. It doesn’t appear to be water draining from far away, but just around the fire hydrant.

The trash pickup truck just went by my street, picking up trash notmally. But the truck was playing loud music filled with obscenities and violent language. The big storm 2 days ago appears to have caused a water clog again in the city manhole around our neighborhood located near 3509 E Dunstan Dr. So, the sewage water flooded our garage. I would appreciate it if the city could send a crew over to clear the two manholes near our home to resolve this clog. Thank you very much.
Where Hopewell and Habitat Street connect - There is water that is frozen all along the street. A main may have broken or it could be coming from the house at the corner W 8th and Hopewell.
Water bill for 10/1 is $128 and charging for use of 5,000 gallons of water. We feel that this is much too high and that we do not use 5,000 gallons. Looking to determine if there’s a possible leak or billing mistake.
