The walk signs for crossing Dunn on the north side of 3rd have recently stopped giving the white safe to walk indication. The signals just stay in the orange don't walk configuration. Since Dunn is one way southbound crossing Dunn on the north side of 3rd is completely safe when there is a green light in auto traffic to proceed in either direction on 3rd.

A black dog has been wandering loose around the Lion's Club on Rockport Rd. We live across the street and have a black puppy who is learning a GPS collar system. I'm always out with her. But there is an older large black dog that I've seen for several days now just wandering alone.
