There has been a fiber box sitting in my front yard for over 4 months. There is no name on it so I have no idea who to call and complain to. In 4 months time someone should have done something with it or at least removed it. If I could move it into the street and off my property I would as this has been sitting there for 4 months. What am I supposed to do. I assume this has to do with the City Of Bloomington fiber initiative as this neighborhood already has fiber installed. Smithville, very professionally, installed their box very quickly leaving nothing sitting around on our property for months. Pleas help me find out who I can contact to get rid of this. If no additional fiber is being installed then they need to pick up their box.
The front/back yard areas for this property have become overgrown with weeds and other invasive plants, which has been attracting wildlife and unwelcome insects that are encroaching into the neighboring properties. Efforts to reach the property owner to remediate this problem have gone unanswered.
In Bryan Park and Elm Heights, most (all?) tulip poplar trees are dripping honeydew. I am an entomologist and know that this is fairly normal but I’ve never seen it on such a large portion of trees.
RESUBMIT - NOTE: apparently, the address I included in the "Service Request Location" field didn't carry over to the issue submission. As such, it was closed by John Hewitt.
