Solid ice on the sidewalk. everyone else around has cleared their sidewalks.

The sidewalk is never cleared. People walk to the Krogers and other businesses from the other side of the bypass I have never seen this cleared ever

Trash including mattresses has been sitting in front of garage for several months.

so much trash at 819 W.1st and 821 W. 1st. Sarge Rentals crew comes and looks around rarely after moving tenants on but never cleans up what remains.

Multiple parties (at least three) were walking dogs (often more than one) off leash in back of Childs School around 5-6 pm. The dogs were also not under voice control. Not all dogs, and not all people, can handle being charged, even if the dogs are hoping to play.

Crosswalk button closest to the old hospital (grass lot) is extremely hard to push and most times does not work when you push it. I’m not sure if it needs to get adjusted but I constantly have to cross without using it.

Ice on sidewalk requiring walking in the street to pass. This is a major student apartment complex so should have the resources to keep their sidewalks clear.
