We have a very large past-due balance on our bill that doesn't make sense to me. We have paid the bill on time every single time since we moved in august 2023. In November there was a leak and we got a statement credit to cover that cost which reduced the bill to zero for that month. but Since then, there has been a large past due balance that I don't really understand. Whatever information you can provide me would be great thank you

East side sidewalk snow and ice packed. High traffic. Also the city piled snow and left 5 foot piles blocking the paths that people use to go from the fields to the neighborhood and then bus stops. Both paths that lead from pleasant view to Clarizz treacherous and difficult. A lot of people use those to reach public transit.

This 4 way stop kinda sucks. Please consider forcing it to be only one lane in each direction to make it less confusing and safer. I don't think it sees the traffic to justify being as wide as it is.

Clarification for case #199848: We believe the report was meant for 415 E. 10th. The people involved with the demolition are *very* amateurish - blocking traffic by running out in the street, and the bucket used to tear down the building almost fell over a couple times. hould have been done more systematic so that some of the materials could have been saved. several potholes spanning the north side of w allen street just west of mother hubbard's cupboard that have the potential to do damage to tires. to avoid the potholes, cars have to drive on or over the center line and drivers cannot see if there is any oncoming traffic due to the hill

There has been a pothole on N Maple (close to where it intersects with W 15th) for a while, and it has been growing recently. Could it please be filled before it gets any larger? It's on the right-hand side of the street when driving south on Maple. Thank you!
