all up and down sare road the city has mowed and the fill the street and kirbs full of grass.
Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.
Oakdale Square has significantly cut back on maintenance activities, including lawncare, although they have continued to raise rates. Current grass height exceeds 8 inches, even 12 inches, in many locations and encumbers quiet enjoyment of lawns and common areas. Leasing office is aware, but they have reduced the frequency of regular lawncare.
In February a water main burst and was promptly repaired. The hole has been filled but complete resurfacing has not been done. When can residents expect this to be completed? Thank you.
The grass is knee high--enough that it is starting to hide the fire hydrant.
Two signs within a inches of each other, one blocking the other. Project has been finished a while I think but this may need attention.
The grass is taller than a foot. It has not been mowed all year. This happens every year.
There is a dog (medium sized male, mixed breed but looks like a Shar Pei) that lives in the complex behind my building. It gets out of its owner's house every single afternoon. This dog runs around the neighborhood, pooping everywhere and chasing people. I have tried multiple times to catch the dog. It seems friendly but scared. It runs in front of cars. It has chased my dog and I multiple times. I am truly afraid. The dog has a blue collar and belongs to someone. I have been told by a neighbor that the dog belongs to someone who is elderly and they can't control it and it gets out. This happens every single day.
