2304 North Headley Road: Large amounts of garbage are piled outside in full-view from the public roadway and have been for weeks. Litter is often strewn across the front, back and sideyards, particularly after long parties attracting large numbers of college students obviously under drinking age.

I would like to see the answers to these questions, and I feel it's inappropriate to refuse to answer a question just because it was submitted anonymously. This is a public record and citizens monitor it for current issues that may affect us.

the issue is the begging for money on the side of the road. Your ayyempt to curb this distraction to traffic by putting up a few signs that say " no loitering panhandeling or soliciting" well a good attempt, i feel has missed the mark. Any signage should be aimed at the motorists that get a feeling of guilt,offer money, perpetuating this roadside begging. I suggest a sine at the hot locations for begging stating the positive offerings in Bloomington ."Bloomington offers: 4 homeless shelters Social services: *center stone *shalom community ctr. *weeler mission *new hope for families *middle way house *monroe county united min. I park in the 4th street garage. On 10/26 at 5:15pm i found a box behind my car, the kind of box like an emergency auto kit. 3rd floor, southest corner (i was 2 cars away from the corner). I do not remember seeing it there when i arrived yesterday morning after 8 am.
