We have a sidewalk already, but I have a question about modifying it. We are considering having some drainage work done on our property and would like a drain/grate through the sidewalk to help with water draining. We've seen some in the sidewalks along Blair Ave. and were curious about how to have one installed. Hello. There is a dual drainage grate system in the middle of Blair Ave just before W 12th Court heading North. It looks as if the grates are sinking and are going to fall into the hole under them. There is major damage and erosion of the structural integrity of the cement and asphalt surrounding the grates and across the entire street. There is exposed metal bars that drivers swerve to miss to protect their cars putting humans and parked vehicles at risk. Can you please help? Thank you for all that you do!

There is a very large recent graffiti tag on the west wall of the railroad underpass that needs to be painted over asap. I understand there is a special crew that handles graffiti. There is also graffiti on the East wall and on the east and west walls of the underpass directly east on Walnut St.

Debris in the bike lane on collegr from 14th south to the train bridge. In particular, signifixant chunks of the concrete bridge are flaking off and landing in the bike lane.

The railroad underpasses on College and Walnut, the one on College is just south of 14th street is full of graffiti again, not a good message to send to visitors and a downers for residents.

Under the train bridge on N College, there is more than an inch of sand in the bike lane. It is effectively impassable by street bike.
