Could you please ask the landlord at 402 E 1st Street to clean up the leaves in their front yard? Twice now, their leaves have blown onto my property at 404 E 1st Street. I had my yard cleaned before Thanksgiving and again today, December 14. As you can see from the photo, my property (on the left) is well-maintained, while 402 (on the right) is not. I would appreciate it if the landlord could take responsibility and maintain the property in a way that reflects good neighborly behavior. FYI: I do not have trees on my front or side yards. There trash on homeless camps property on west side of city trash need cleaned up I hear they have second fire at homeless camp I suggest that camp be shut down

Dumpster overflows frequently as two apartment complexes use the same one and it is not picked up enough times throughout the week. Mattresses have been piled outside dumpster for months. There are rats in the area from all the trash.

There is a disgusting amount of bird poop all over the sidewalks and it smells horrible, its all over the sidewalk when I am walking to any buildings near 3rd street for class. It is hard to avoid too because it is literally everywhere.

Reference: U Report #199670 Per Raye Anne Cox, "12/16/2024 08:58:33 Closed by Raye Ann Cox The vehicle will receive a pink tow warning today, if not moved in 3 days, it will be towed on Thursday (12/19/24) morning. This is the process we must follow per the City Ordinance for Parking Services." The VW Scirocco is still parked outside my house at 404 E 1st Street. Please tell me when it will be removed. Per Ms. Cox, it was scheduled to be towed on DEC 19th; this has not occurred. The vehicle has been here since the Thanksgiving holiday.
