Yard has not been mowed since May of 2024. It’s an absolute eyesore.
Gravel in sidewalk and street, Falling hazard.
There are some compost bins set up by the mailboxes for several of the houses - they are actually closer to the home at 2516 S Bryan St than 2510 S Bryan, but they were erected by the homeowners of 2510. There is a general terrible odor coming from them, and it seems like perhaps some waste that isn't appropriate for compost bins may be the cause. (Possibly meat, chicken waste, other fecal matter?) We have also noticed an increase of insects and bugs in mailboxes and in surrounding homes.
N light #120 has been strobing for several days.
Why is this lot aloud to be over grown?? From my research tax records owend by same company the owens the Apartment buld right across Westplex The Quaters. Tailwinds out of MN. We can't pick and chose who plays by what rules. Besides it's right on one of are main st. Please see what can be done. Not sure if there homeless camp down in there but I see them in and out of there all the time
Case #198905 is reported as closed! HOWEVER, Light #115 remains DARK!
There is a streetlight on the B-Line trail that has consistently been out the past few times I've walked by while at night. I don't have a photo, but I can describe its location. It's right next to the fire station at 219 W 4th Street. It's immediately south of where the B-Line intersects with 4th street. It's on your right-hand side if you're facing south. It should be the first one in. I couldn't find the light on Duke Energy's website, and thus wanted to submit this here so that someone can look into this. Thanks!
Initially reported on 10/28. Amazed that a crew worked on the issue the very same day. Disappointed however that they did not finish the job. There are numerous large potholes in the southbound lane that force drivers to move into the northbound lane just before a blind curve.
where the two paved trails meet behind the social security office under a telephone pole there's a small pile of trash including used needles
