The bus station closes at 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. It is also closed on Saturdays. Passengers, including children, elderly & disabled people have to stand outside in freezing weather while waiting for their bus. I take two buses to get to work & three buses to get home. I also depend on the Bloomington Transit for trips to Kroger. Having to stand outside during this winter has been miserable. If the Bloomington Transit can afford to buy new all-electric buses, they should be able to hire some people to work evenings & on Saturday to keep the station open.

Not sure what the possible glitch with lyft is, but if the city is picking up the tab for rideshare rides after the first dollar then the city is being fleeced BIG TIME. I am giving $45 rides that go 4 blocks at times and the riders are laughing that they paid a dollar. Just an FYI no need to contact me just dbl check the program parameters before it's bankrupt

There has been liquid sloshing around a window sill for TWO straight days on the #2 bus. Are you cleaning these buses?

At the end of the very nice protected bike lane on 3rd Street, buses pull over into the unprotected lane to pick up passengers at this stop, forcing bikers either to stop and wait for the bus again, take their chances on going into traffic and around, or jumping up on the sidewalk. Please ask the buses to either stop in the car lane or extend the protected lane through this bus stop.

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME BUS 6 1198 HAS THREATEND MY FAMILY FOR MY CAR BEING 6 INCHES IN THE ROADWAY. IF HE THREATENS TOO CALL THE COPS ON MY FAMILY AGIAN WE ARE GOING TOO GO FURTHER INTO THIS WITH CHARGES, I AM OVER THE WAY HE TREATS RESIDENTS AT THE KNIGHTRIDGE APARTMENTS. On September 27th, 2021 around 8:56 pm Bloomington transit bus 2 west was driving down graham street in-between Rockport and Rodgers by the Broadview learning center park near the west intersection at the rear of the building and park area. The bus side swiped the front and side of the passenger side of my vehicle that was parked out side of the house with the passenger side of the bus near the middle/rear half of the bus while going down graham street I attempted to wave down the bus but it continued going. I made a report with bloomington transit and also called bloomington police department to make a report I was informed the transit dispatch officer I had reported to made was making the report when I called in. My side mirror was pushed inward and also some scratches and chips in my front bumper area and turn signal where the point of contact took place.

The city bus routinely drives through the Fritz Terrace neighborhood too fast. I don’t have a radar gun but the speed limit is 20 and they are obviously going over. On Saturday 5/21 sometime around 3:00 I believe the bus hit and killed a neighbor’s dog near 3131 Valleyview and continued their route. I did not witness the event but was told by a neighbor the bus stopped for a moment at the same location the dog was hit, near the same time, then continued on. I would like the transit department to identify who the driver was and see what the story is on why they did not stop and try to help or identify the owner of the dog, or if I am mistaken and the driver claims it was not them and perhaps maybe they witnessed the event and could provide more details. Even without the issue of who hit the dog, the bus needs to slow down and not exceed the 20 MPH speed limit. There are lots of kids in this neighborhood, the streets are narrow and the curve at the top of the hill is a blind spot for oncoming traffic. Please address this issue before someone gets hurt or killed.
