Not really an issue per say. More a general question. For people walking down third street is there any way for them speed up the light change when there is no cross traffic coming? I normally try to give it two minutes to change? I've noticed it doesn't change automatically unless there is physical cross traffic sitting at the light. Some nights I have enough time to truly wait other nights when running late waiting there is far to much time in my own opinion. If there isn't that's cool. As I said I'm just curious. Thank-you for your time :)

"End Construction" sign with flashing light laying against backside {north face) of garage. Sign is close to alley intersection between 11th and 12th, and between Fess and Park.

While walking through the park I observe acholic being consumed regularly. Empty alcohol bottles left on tables in pavilions. I changed my walking path at night because of unhoused sleeping on playground and at both pavilions. The park is becoming more and more unsafe.

The tennis and pickleball courts are in need of sweeping. There are many pine needles down since storms. The courts are slippery as a result. I’m sure there are many demands after rains, but there are more than 30 people over 60 years old playing this morning and I am concerned for their safety and your liability.

Vehicle abandoned in kohls parking lot. Been here at least a month. Flat tire and broken window, and hood of car appears unlatched.

The house is in Stonegate (entrance off Smith Rd) but the bushes blocking the sidewalk are on Hagen St.

Outside of 507 S Muller parkway, APT 707 there is a wrecked vehicle that has been untouched/ moved for several weeks. We looked further into the vehicle information to find that the vehicle belongs to someone who no longer lives here and has been abandoned on the property.
