There is a wasteland of garbage on the corner of S. Oakdale Dr. & W. Bloomfield Road as you are turning into the road that leads to the Oakdale Square apartment complex.
There are two couches and numerous bags of trash covering much of the small front yard.
Resident has left there trash bins out on the curb for over a month now. One of them has been knocked over next to the road for a week now
