The house at the mentioned address burned in April 2018. It has been abandoned since with nothing done to fix or repair. The owner keeps many objects out in the yard and up in the trees. (Many facing neighbors' properties.) The yard has not been kept up with before or since and we (neighbors surrounding this house) are concerned about rodents and other pests that could be attracted to this house. We are also concerned about what it is doing to our property values. It was a tragedy for this house to burn but it has been almost three years and nothing has been done to clean this property up. We hope there is something the City of Bloomington can do to help us with this eyesore and possible hazard to people in the neighborhood.

this home is my next door neighbor, had a fire in 2018, nothing has been done with the property, the yard is out of control. Concerned about me and my other neighbors property value, possibly vermin. The owner shows up occasionally and builds sculptures in the yard out of trash. Can something be done about this? The neighbor on the other side is also very worried. Maybe she's reached out also, don't know. would appreciate some feedback from whomever reads this.

I was walking on the B-Line this afternoon from approximately 3-4 p.m. While walking, a motorized bike was traveling at what I felt was an unsafe speed up and down the B-Line from 1st to 10th street. As he was approaching the Kirkwood area, he weaved in an out of walkers, joggers and other regular bikers.

We were told by the crew that created the sidewalk on Sare Road that our hill on that side of our fence would be no-mow foliage or no-mow grass. It is currently as long as the other side of the new sidewalk. It is not safe for us to mow it with only having a zero-turn mower. How can we get it switched to the no-mow foliage we were told would be planted?

A grocery cart with carpet was lit on fire and abandoned in the alley, blocking the alley so it is not passable by vehicle.

A car hit the pedestrian sign on the pedestrian island and knocked it down, at 4:45 on 4/8. The car did not stop. The sign is not blocking vehicle traffic. But a repair is in order.

Here’s the review I mentioned: My family went to go ice skating here. The ice was really rough; and hard for amateur skaters; and most of us were first-time ice skaters. When they want you to get off the ice; they blare the loudest horn. It's the hockey goal horn; but it is completely unexpected. It startled the crap out of us; and two of us fell down; and our youngest sister fell forward and dislocated her knee; so the last thing we did in the night was help her out of the facility. How about; I don't know; turning off the music when you want people to leave? Or just telling us! Or anything that doesn't scare people and cause injuries. It was a shitty way to end the night; and if you want people to get off the ice do so without risking a lawsuit. Will probably not ice skate again; anywhere.
