These weeds are over 7ft tall in some spots. The line in front of the fence is managed by Ariel apartments and they haven't taken care of the weeds all summer

Main entrance to College Mall Apts, on 2nd St, has 2 lights on each side (north and south) of the island; these lights never turn on. Management said this is for city/Duke.

Street light out on corner of E. University and Mitchell.
the stop sign by showplace 11, when approached from the west side street off college mall rd. is hidden behind branches that over hang the tall hedge. The sign needs to be visible before one gets to it. Generally one or two branches are trimmed occasionally. That's not enough.
Overgrown bushes and trees on the property of 604 Swain St are not only obstructing the view of the stop sign at the corner of E University and Swain but also hits car windshields and pedestrians trying to walk along the side of the street which has no sidewalk.
