I have been trying to contact Matt Swinney (for over a month - last I heard from him was on Novemeber 12) regarding the trash build up of my next door neighbors. I have not heard from him from despite sending 4 emails since his last communication and I have not seen any improvement in the trash build up next door. I would appreciate if someone could ticket the people at 1317 W 6th St and also contact me about who to talk to in the future. I believe the abatement process needs to start again. Their property has had to be abated every year that I have lived next door.
This isn't a line of sight issue, but I wasn't sure what category to put it in. There's a large tree along Rogers Road, just east of the High Street roundabout that appears to be in danger of falling across the road. As I've walked past it, I've noticed that the base is rotting, and it appears to be leaning farther than it was a few months ago. It's on the north side of the road, near the school zone flashing light. If you need more detail about the location, please call or email and I can take a picture. Thanks for looking at this!

Missing street sign for W Green Tree Ln. at Larkspur, it has been gone for about 6 months
there is a pothole at the intersection of Ballantine and E First Street. Thank you.
I reported on December 14 about a chemical bad taste to our tap water for the last several weeks. I just checked on this page for an answer and saw that the report was closed. I do not think that is an answer to my complaint. Do you just arbitrarily close complains without answering your customers? Not good customer service!
Thanks for so speedily repairing the Ballantine/E First pothole. Here is another one. Potholes never take a break! High Street, going towards Third Street, just north of the entrance to the ECC parking lot. Merry Christmas to you too.
