Water Quality

889–1021 S College Mall Rd

Case Date:
8/5/2015

After seeing the water run clear all summer in Jackson Creek (I think that's what runs in front of the Shoppes on College Mall Rd.) this morning the water was very muddy and there was the smell of dead fish. Since there has not been rain recently it seems like something has been dumped in there. Something doesn't seem right about it anyway.

My toxic neighbor had issues with my family earlier, which he refused to negotiate with us on, which then required the police to step in. Since then, they've been having their friends drive by in illegal vehicles like offroad vehicles, dirt bikes, etc. without license plates on them. Some of the speeders do have license plates though. The speed limit is 35 mph, and they've been doing about 60 mph or higher on motorcycles. They speed by at 10-5am/blaring their music, and then come by several more times in an attempt to wake my family up during sleep. Is it possible for us to get some speedbumps put in, and maybe some decibel recording devices? The noise pollution from the airport is really bad at night, but their unmuffled vehicles are far worse. I know that I cannot put anything in like speed humps without your permission, and I also don't know if that will stop them from just blasting their music with ear plugs in either.
