Hello, My name is Claire Austin and I am creating a speech for Zionsville Community High School about why you should adopt rather than shop. I have a few questions I would appreciate you answering. 1. Why should someone choose to adopt a dog rather than go to a breeder? 2. Have you ever had a time in which the shelter was 100% empty? If so, what happened next? Where there more dogs imported? 3. On average, how many animals are euthanized in your shelter? Is that process painful to the animals? Your construction on the city of Bloomington is awful I would like to mention that it is almost impossible to get anywhere. I leave half an hour before work which would normally be a 10min drive and still end up late on some days. Is it really necessary to have all major roads worked on at the same time?

The green street name signs at the Madison St/Patterson Dr intersection are leaning over very badly and hard to see.

trash in bloom along roads is bad in a num of places. south patterson, sare road around rinwick. walnut pike from winslow to rohr road. and more. i pick up where i can but cant do it alone. please make this important to the city. bloomington was a beautiful place. its getting overlooked.
