Malfunctioning Traffic Walk Signal. Hasn't gone off/stopped talking since the storms on monday. The signal is at the intersection of 17th street and Fee Lane.

Five Guys has temp sign no permit

There is a sidewalk leading into the South College Mall Road Kroger (directly across from Jackson Creek Dental). Right in the middle of the sidewalk is a Stop Sign embedded in a concrete block. This pretty much makes the sidewalk completely impassable.
