There is an individual living in a tent 522 W. Davis Street. There are empty pop bottles scattered around the tent, and there is another tent like structure with what appears to be bicycles and bicycle components underneath some kind of tarp. Please remove these things ASAP. Thank you.

I live down the street from a construction site which is consistently incredibly noisy very early in the morning. I have reported this construction site for noise violations before, and the problem was, for a time, resolved. However, the problem has started again as they are once again beginning work early in the morning (around 5 a.m.) which, I am aware, is well before the time they are supposed to start even staging for their operations. I am an IU grad student and I need to be able to rest. I am aware that my neighborhood is in a rather defunct part of town, but people still live here and need to be able to function as normal. There is a tent set up under the Madison Street RR overpass between W. 11th and W. 14th. The neighborhood does not want homeless people anywhere nearby. Please look into this.
Employees in a security vehicle patrolling the Bline trail were smoking in the vehicle while driving through Switchyard Park. This seems like a lapse in oversight and resulted in negatively impacting the experience visiting the park.
On Allendale Court there is a car parked that has yellow out of country tags on it. This car sits there everyday all day long and is never driven. There is plenty of parking in the persons driveway. This needs to be addressed cause people drive fast on this road and someone is going to get hurt having to go around it if they do not see it in time. There are alot of people walking and bike riding on this road. The road should not be blocked by vehicles that are not driven.
The bathroom at the police substation were locked again at 10 am. This is a holiday and the courts were full, but the bathroom was locked. The inside door was open. You could see the bathroom but couldn't get in. This is not the first time this bathroom has been lock. Don't say to go to the other switchyard bathroom! By the time you get to this one it's a 10-15 minute walk to the other that might not be unlocked also. This is ridiculous. The pickleball courts were full and a few basketball players.
