The new sidewalks on the northwest corner of Sare and Rogers have been badly damaged from utility trucks driving on them. There could have been some plywood or metals plates used to cover the walks to protect them.
Construction is being done in Sherwood Oaks 2, in the Peppergrass condo area. There is a port-o-let that is smelling horrible at the corner of Peppergrass and Heather. Especially since it is so hot, the smell is stifling. No one has even been working at this site for at least 2 weeks. Can it be removed, or emptied? Thank you!
A tree fell on power lines next to Willows Apartments. It must've happened during the last storm. It's been several days and no one has done anything, so I wanted to make sure the City knew about it. Potentially hazardous, also blocks sight when pulling out of the Willows Apartments.
Please see attached photo. This location is at 10th and Park and has been reported to the IU Grounds Dept. as a tripping hazard. The gray bucket is there to indicate a bus pickup for the Boy Scouts that are in town but the metal and the sandbags are blocking the sidewalk, our crews moved the items off the sidewalk and into the homeowners yard. Mayo has installed a new post ( pole ) on my property at the corner of Brownridge and Fieldcrest in Hoosier acres. They did extensive digging around the area and were supposed to reseed, since I had my lawn completely reseeded this last fall. This has not been done and there is a muddy mess at the corner. Moreover holes were made at various places on the lawn and these were never filled in. This is a hazard in mowing or just walking on the lawn. If someone catches there foot in the hole it could result in a broken leg or twisted ankle. Mayo or the city would then be responsible. There are little flags all over the lawn, which needs to be mowed. Should I just remove these ?. Is the work completed ? On the pole there is a street lamp to replace the one currently at the corner, but neither is working, which is another hazard. The ditch in the area has also collapsed.
