Walnut southbound left turn arrow onto Grimes east cycles green every time and there's rarely a car turning left. Plus the northbound left turn arrow for Grimes/Patterson doesn't stay green long enough causing traffic to back up almost to Hillside at times.

With the New Year and new mayor, hoping this traffic signal that has been malfunctioning for over four years, is slated to be repaired in 2024. Last I heard, it was a 2022 project. It continues to always cycle a left turn arrow for West Grimes regardless if there are any cars waiting to turn.

There is a line of sight issue when pulling out onto N Walnut St from the alley just north of 1111 N Walnut St. There is a privacy fence lining the west edge of the sidewalk, and the trees in the yard of this address are encroaching into the sidewalk area and blocking the view looking southward.

I am emailing on behalf of a fraternity property at Indiana University-Bloomington. Sigma Alpha Epsilon has 6 parking light poles which are not auto-illuminating as they should at night. I've contacted Duke Energy, and I was told to contact the City of Bloomington Utilities as your office would need to initiate some form of a service request to have them turned on.
Again, this property is on IU's campus. Therefore, I'm trying to determine who is the proper entity, office and/or person to contact. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
