Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.

There is an abandoned red car (plate TJS430) on the south side of 6th St near Adams. It has been parked without moving for over a month with people sleeping in it at regular intervals.
A maroon car has been parked on 6th street for well over a month and unhoused people sleep in it sometimes. Parking enforcement put a ticket on it the other day and someone simply removed the ticket and seemed to throw it away. Neighborhood are concerned for their safety as it seems associated with a shed with no plumbing occupied behind the house at the corner across the street. The car's plate is tjs430
