This car keeps blocking the sidewalk so that pedestrians have to go into the road.
Sidewalk on West side of N Madison just south of 16th st is still full of rubble and oil-soaked kitty litter after a truck ran off the road last week. Please track down the driver instead of just harassing my neighbor. Thanks
