City truck came through today to cite overgrown lawns. But he drove past lawns over 8 inches on Larkspur and didn't cite, nor did he drive through neighborhood to see all others with very overgrown lawns.

tree branches and planting are covering/impacting over half of the sidewalk in front of 620 S. Park Avenue. It's been a problem for over four months. There was a big dead dangling tree branch (which has been removed) but the rest of the tree and the ground cover has taken over the sidewalk.

500 block W. Allen St. along side of former Mc Doel Baptist Church. 25 m.p.h. Speed limit sign taken down by contractor for AT&T installing utility pole is still on the the ground after several days.

I would like to request a new left turn signals on Smith road, especially the intersection of E. 10th Street and E. 3rd Street. The 10th Street intersection is the worst and waiting on Smith to make a left turn onto 10th can be an interminable wait, especially during rush hour.
