The white utility van has been sitting in the same position in a vacant parking lot (Grimes & Woodlawn) for over 2 weeks. I have seen sketchy cars pulling up along the side of the van at night and leaving a bit later - maybe drug activity? Also, the website listed on the van is nonexistent which adds to the oddness of this van.

Moravec Way and Fairview: 133 and 135; Lights are out behind the Warehouse 132, 133, and 135. Two more with no numbers nearer to the Switchyard Pavilion (north and south)
