Hey! I am wondering who is responsible for clearing the multi-use trail all along Bloomfield Rd? I thought it's the city's responsibility but it seems inconsistently cleared. Group of teenagers threw a scooter in the middle of the road, be careful driving. Asked them to get it out of the road, they just laughed and walked away. Towards the end of Allen St near the the intersection of Allen and Patterson.
